Stand de Alhambra Internacional en la feria Heimtextil One of the most important dates on the textile industry’s calendar started off a promising year for Alhambra Internacional. From the 9th to the 12th of January the best companies and products coincided in Frankfurt for the International Fair Heimtextil.

Barely a week later, this firm captivated the thousands of visitors who this year went to the Design Interiors fair,, held from the 20th to the 23rd of January in Birmingham, with an impressive and sophisticated display.

In the very same month, not only did they receive applause for their collections at both events, but they also went home with a prize under their arm: the award for the best stand at the English fair. And the prize was well-deserved as, for this important event, Alhambra set up a spectacular distinctive stand with an area of over 100m2 covered with fabrics from their new collections.

With colour playing the leading role, the elegant presence of brown and gold was combined both outside and inside the stand, as well as jacquard patterns with reflective metallic threads, or stripes in shades of green and fuchsia from another of their collections.

In addition to all of this, upholstered tables, sofas and cushions were used, as well as hanging fabrics which formed original multicoloured cascades.

Both at Design Interiors and at Heimtextil, this firm which markets Elite Decor in Spain presented the collections which have made it one of the leading companies in the textile sector: from the refined style of the Emerald collection in champagne tones, with a hint of shine and silky fabrics; through to the naturalness of Sorrento, which is dyed with pinks and purples; and not to forget the daring Jazz collection which recreates the southern atmosphere of the beginning of the 20th century, or the Indian spirit of Illusione.

At both international events they received recognition from visitors from all over the world and they have taken another step forward in what is, without a doubt one of their greatest challenges: to become a reference point in design and trends within textile decoration. The year couldn’t have got off to a better start.
